Uncovering our killers

In light of the recent gruesome and heartbreaking University of Idaho murders, I’ve thought a lot about our generation’s obsession with true crime.

Three Miami students toppled a Jewish holiday hut at roughly 2 a.m. on Oct. 15 at Hillel Miami's property. The students have plead guilty to a charge of misdemeanor vandalism.

Students plead guilty to Hillel vandalism

The three Miami University students who trespassed onto Miami Hillel’s property and knocked over a religious hut have accepted guilty pleas for the crime. The students will now each pay a $750 fine in addition to $1,099 owed for damages to the Sukkot which will be split between them.

36% of the eighth grade have tested positive for COVID-19 or are currently quarantining, causing the students to be sent home until Sept. 30 at the earliest.
