Megan Duffy became the ninth head coach of Miami women's basketball Monday morning. She takes over the program from Cleve Wright, who was relieved of his duties March 10.
Miami women's hockey won the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) National Championship for the second year in a row on March 19 in Columbus. The back to back championships adds up to three ACHA D1 National Championship titles in the past four years for the RedHawks.

Club sports athletes gracefully walk that fine line between too good for intramural, and not quite good enough for varsity. These athletes remind us everyday that mediocrity does indeed come at different levels.
In their first taste of Mid-American Conference play, the baseball team (5-16) were on the losing end of a three game series at home against Western Michigan University (11-9). Despite winning the first game 4-3 in extra innings, Miami fell short in the final two by scores of 8-4 and 4-0.

Miami hockey senior Anthony Louis is a RedHawk no more. Monday afternoon, Louis agreed to an entry-level contract with the Chicago Blackhawks that begins next season and continues through the 2018-19 season. Louis will now report to the American Hockey League's Rockford IceHogs.
