Hockey seniors reflect on Miami career, look to future

As time wound down on Saturday night, a win for Miami Hockey seemed impossible but the fans would not let The Brotherhood finish their season on a bad note. The crowd did not care that the RedHawks could not win their final series. A "thank you seniors" chant echoed throughout the Steve 'Coach' Cady Arena as the eldest members of the team played their final minutes as Miamians.

Men's basketball lost their regular season finale 69-55 on Friday evening to Ohio University. The loss put them as the twelfth seed in the Mid-American Conference, and today the RedHawks face the Western Michigan Broncos in the first round of the playoffs.

2017 NFL Scouting Combine: A Preview

This week the NFL descends on Indianopolis, IN for what has been dubbed the "Underwear Olympics." Athletes will run through a gauntlet of events including the 40-yard dash, bench press, broad jump, 20-yard shuttle, Wonderlic test, positional drills and then interviews. Women's Collegiate Baseball Club: First in the U.S.

Nineteen people gathered in room 123 of Phillips Hall, 13 women and six men. Three faculty members and 16 students. Several sat next to each other, some thumbed through their phones and a couple decided to introduce themselves and chat quietly until the meeting began. Callie Maddox began to talk. The room got quiet but the enthusiasm level got louder.

Fans make their way to Goggin in droves to watch our beloved RedHawks, ready to scream their heads off cheering. Students and locals pack into the arena, and are led in cheers by the one and only Band of the Brotherhood -- Miami's Pep Band.
