“Our goal is to take a MAC team to the World Series,” Kirin Kumar said. “We’ve made winning the conference a standard, we’ve made going to regionals standard. We want to get to the next level, Super Regionals and the World Series. We have the personnel to do it.”

“I believe at some point, after I’m dead and gone, I’m going to stand before God,” Schultz said. “And he’s going to say ‘what did you do with that 95 mile-per-hour fastball I gave you?’ My reply is going to be ‘I helped a lot of kids.’ I hope he likes that. Because I really think that I have.”
First-year defenseman and Stockholm, Sweden native, Axel Kumlin faced a tough decision to play in Sweden or the United States, which eventually brought him to Miami University.

Miami softball struggled to get its offense going this past weekend, going 1-4 at the DeMarini Invitational in California.
The 2022-2023 college basketball regular season has come to a close, and conference tournaments are underway all over the country to determine automatic qualifiers to the NCAA tournament.
Keyon has been playing basketball since he was three years old. His family, including his grandfather, a former Boston Celtics draft pick, believed that he could also take his skillset to the next level. Not wanting to let himself and his family down, Kenyon became the team’s manager during his first year. At the time, there were two junior walk-ons on the team. Therefore, he had to wait until they graduated for him to be in their place.
The RedHawks have started this season 10-2 and are riding an eight game winning streak. Through 10 games, Karli Spaid has a .424 batting average, five homers, and 13 RBIs.
