The death of Miami University junior Aaron Miller was ruled an accident by the Montgomery County Coroner's office.
The 20-year-old fell from his bed at the Pi Kappa Phi house after suffering a seizure. Brain injury and pneumonia resulting from the six-foot fall from Miller's loft bed led to his death May 17.
The Miami chapter of the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity is on summary suspension by the university and is suspended by the national headquarters. A review of events from the night of Miller's fall and alcohol use at the fraternity house is being conducted.
Contributions can be made to the Hospice of Dayton in memory of Miller. Information can be found at www.hospiceofdayton.org/donations/.
