Film festival moves to West Chester

The annual Oxford International Film Festival (OIFF) is leaving Oxford in 2009. OIFF will be moving to West Chester, Ohio and will be held June 26 to 29. The festival will still go by the same name, but will use venues in West Chester for showings and receptions.… Post the First Comment

City council approves new apartment complex

Middletown searches for new economic director

In the wake of AK Steel's announcement that it would be cutting hours for hundreds of workers at its Middletown, Ohio plant, city officials announced they would be appointing a new economic director for the city.
