Senator resigns after controversy

In an ironic twist to the Heritage Commons senator debacle, the senator who challenged the election that triggered Associated Student Government (ASG)'s "constitutional crisis" resigned Tuesday night. MUDEC dean receives high honor

After nearly 20 years of directing the Miami University Dolibois European Center (MUDEC), Ekkehard Stiller has been given one of Miami's highest honors. Student group takes over Transatlantic Seminar program

The Transatlantic Studies Organization (TSO) has been formed to carry on the tradition of the recently cancelled Transatlantic Seminar on the European Union (EU), a program Miami University has offered as a study abroad program for the past 20 years. Political science professor emeritus Warren Mason, TSO faculty adviser, said the program was cancelled due to a stipulation in university policy that any person who is not a member of full-time staff cannot offer programs in the summer for credit.… Post the First Comment

Engineering students' model trains to be auctioned for holiday charity

Students for Life to host pro-life feminist Dec. 4

Miami University Students for Life will challenge the stereotypes surrounding feminism and the pro-life outlook when they bring Serrin Foster, president of Feminists for Life for America (FFL), to campus at 7 p.m. Dec. 4 in 001 Upham Hall.  Foster will give a speech titled "The Feminist Case against Abortion" and explain how a part of the feminist movement has now come to support the pro-life standpoint.… Post the First Comment
