I see that the headline of this article has been changed to reflect a more positive angle. Good to see that the Miami administration's Orwellian obsession with public relations and "spin" at the expense of reality and complete inability to take an honest, objective appraisal of this university continues unabated.

One only wonders what excuses and spin will be utilized in explaining yet another decline in the test scores and class rank of this year's incoming freshmen class. I await these mental gymnastics with bemused detachment.

Any updates on the waitlist at Miami? Will they be accepting additional students?

Have a friend that said they are not taking any waistlist. He was hoping to get in but received a letter from admissions.
