Abstract:
College is a weird time in our lives. We spend a couple hours in class each day, drink from noon until late into the night, and tend to sleep past breakfast time. We shake it off and think … well, it's just four years of our lives, so why not? Let's live it up! What we don't realize, however, is that the trends we set now are likely to become life patterns after we graduate....

The format of this article undercuts anything that's trying to be communicated. Even if the headline might read "fitness myths," with subheadings stating the myths themselves without any reminder of their myth status, many people may skim your article and actually think these are true.

Perhaps you could include "Myth One:" and "Myth Two:" at the beginning of each subheading to reinforce that.

Additionally, someone (an editor, perhaps?) needs to check out the structure of this article. The subheads are not all followed by the corresponding body copy, making the article sloppy, unorganized and amateurish.
